Terms of Service

By accessing or using Log Lantern ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Log Lantern provides developer tools including a Git changelog generator, API health dashboard, and form builder. Features and pricing are subject to change with notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; violate any laws; infringe on intellectual property rights; transmit malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access; interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Solitude Dark Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (GitHub, Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Solitude Dark Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
